Groundwork Consulting was founded in 2021 by Kara Bader after working for over two decades for industry and brand leaders in several specialties including software development, systems management, marketing and communication and fundraising. She fulfilled a lifetime goal by transitioning to focus solely on nonprofit and policy work in 2015. She is committed to supporting organizations as they bring their vision to life.
Kara’s varied experience positions her to provide holistic strategies for organizations that include content creation, branding strategies, fundraising and development, organizational development and systems recommendations and implementation.
